Can I pick up my order?
As of August 2015 we no longer maintain a walk in showroom and operate our business as a Internet retailer only
with no customer access to our workshop. We are unable to provide a walk in engraving service. All orders will need to be placed in writing by email. Standard products can be purchased directly from our website.
Can I wait while my item is engraved?
No. We are not able to offer a while-u-wait service as much of our engraving work is of a commercial nature and done on computerised engraving machines. We usually have a queue of jobs for each of our engraving machines worked out the day before.
Do you do hand engraving?
No. All of our engraving is done on high precision computer controlled engraving machines to produce a high quality finish.
How do I pay for my order?
We can accept payment by either Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, a Direct Deposit, or PayPal. We don't apply any surcharge for Credit Card Payment. Note: If your order is urgent we recommend making payment by Credit Card as Direct Deposits can take anywhere up to 3 working days to be processed by the banks and we wont be able to process your order until payment is received.
Tax Invoice
We provide an Australian Tax Invoice with every order including online orders.
How do I attach a namebar to the door?
Our wall and door mounted namebars are supplied whith double sided tape on the back which will adhere to most hard flat surfaces. When you receive the namebar, simply peel the backing off and press the namebar into place on the wall or door. (The double sided tape will not adhere to cloth or material covered partition walls).
I want a sliding door sign for our office door, but I can't find a sign with the exact wording that I'm after. Can you make one?
Yes, as we manufacture all of our own sliding door signs we can assemble them with any wording you need. We can also include a logo or other graphics in the sign layout if needed. Once you've chosen a sign style that you like, contact us with the details of the wording or message you'd like and we can then confirm pricing and manufacturing time.
How much do you charge to make a sign?
There is no set price. The final price will depend on many factors such as the material the sign is made from, it's size, if it's rotary engraved, laser engraved, or vinyl lettering, the amount of text or complexity of graphics. Signs need to be quoted on an individual basis. You should email us as much information as you can about the sign you need and we'll get back to you with pricing and production times.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Once we've received payment for your order, you order will go then into production. Depending on what you've ordered will have a bearing on how long it will take to complete. Typically engraved brass or stainless steel signs typically take 10-15 working days, pet memorial plaques take 5-7 working days, gavels 1-2 working days, sliding door signs or namebars 4-5 working days, trophy orders 8-15 working days. We can give you a more accurate indication when you place your order. Please don't leave it to the last moment to place your order as engraving is not an instant process.
Do you deliver?
We can deliver orders Australia wide and use the reliable services of Australia Post. Please note that due to our rural location we are not able to offer a next day delivery service. We do not ship overseas.
Do you do next day delivery?
Due to our rural location we only post on Tuesday and Friday so next day delivery will not always be possible.
